For parents, this stage is about balancing guidance with trust, setting boundaries while offering support, and learning how to decode eye rolls. You don’t have to have all the answers, just being available, truly present (even from the other side of the bedroom door), matters more than you know.

From exams to emotions, friendships to future plans, these years are full of moments that shape who they’ll become and though it might not always feel like it, your love, patience, and snack-stocked kitchen still mean the world.
