The Malta Aviation Museum is situated in Ta` Qali. The Malta Aviation Museum boost atleast 100 years of history. The Museum is situated on the site of the former Royal Airforce airfield. Based on three hangers, the exhibits relates mostly to the Second World War and post-war period.
The Malta Aviation Museum is displaying a variety of post-war piston and jet aircraft, helicopters, aircraft engines and ground equipment. Hosting restored WWII era aircraft – Supermarine Spitfire Mk IX, Hawker Hurricane Mk IIa and an airworthy de Havilland Tiger Moth.
